Terms and Conditions for Wing Wah Promotion
"Kids Always Eat for Free" at Wing Wah Wolverhampton
1. The Kids Always Eat Free Offer only applies to persons of 1.4m or under. (One Free Meal must be accompanied by at least one full paying person over 1.4m high).
2. Monday to Friday Only. During Bank Holidays and special occasions are excluded in this offer. Eat in Buffet Only.
3. The offer for children under the age of 3 years old eating 'FREE' does not apply during this promotion.
4. This offer can be used in Wing Wah Wolverhampton ONLY and is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offer.
5. The management reserves the right to withdraw this offer at anytime.
"Loyalty Scheme" at Wing Wah Chinese Restaurantd
1. These terms and conditions, in conjunction with the privacy policy, are applicable across the entire Wing Wah Loyalty scheme and any participation is considered as acceptance.
2. The Wing Wah loyalty card are issued by and remain the property of Wing Wah which may, at any time, terminate the scheme or alter or amend the conditions of operation of the scheme.
3. All members of the scheme must be resident in the UK and aged 18 years or over.
4. Members are only entitled to one loyalty card account each. Wing Wah reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time.
5. Members must register their personal details and keep Wing Wah informed of any changes. Wing Wah cannot be held responsible for any loss of points as a result of out of date details.
New accounts that are not registered within 6 months of first being used and accounts with out of date details that have not been updated for 6 months will be removed and any points.
6. The Loyalty card, is not transferable, cannot be copied and can only be used by the member who is named and registered for the card.
7. Wing Wah cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from the member failing to ensure the safe-keeping of the card.
8. Wing Wah may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel cards or remove a member from the scheme at any time where there is reasonable belief of:
any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme; any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions , any behaviour relating to loyalty card or the Wing Wah Group that involves theft,
misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information.
9. The scheme is only for personal and consumer use. Loyalty cards cannot be used for any business transaction or purpose.
10. Wing Wah loyalty cards cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in any way traded.
11. Members can choose to leave the scheme at any time. By leaving the scheme members forfeit the right to any points or vouchers already accrued or issued.
12. Members who do not collect any points for one year will be removed from the scheme and will need to reapply for new membership should they wish to rejoin.
